Accepted Payment Methods:

Bank Transfer (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS / UPI / Net Banking / Cheque)
  • Customers may pay by bank transfer using IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or Net Banking, or by issuing a cheque to the Company’s bank account.
  • When you choose bank transfer, we will provide a unique reference number and the bank account details where the payment should be made. Please include that reference number with your transfer so we can match and confirm your payment quickly.
  • Bank transfer timing depends on the payment mode and your bank’s processing times.
Cash:
  • Cash payment is accepted where the service/location permits.
  • Kanha Herbs does not accept cash payments of ₹20,000 or more for a single transaction (as per applicable rules).
  • For in-person cash payments, you will receive an official receipt.
Point of Sale (POS) — Debit / Credit / International Cards
  • To pay by card in-person or at a POS terminal, follow the on-screen instructions and enter the required card details.
  • Card data is securely transmitted to our payment processor (gateway) for authorization.
  • The card will only be charged after the transaction is authorized.
  • If the payment succeeds, your order will be confirmed. If authorization fails, you’ll be notified and asked to try again or use another payment method.
  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV details on our servers.
Online Payment Gateway (Website Payments & OTP Authentication)
  • To pay online, place your order on www.kanhaherbs.in and proceed to checkout.
  • You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to enter your debit/credit card or UPI details.
  • For card or UPI payments, you may need to complete an OTP (one-time password) or other bank authentication before the payment is confirmed.
  • Online payments are processed securely via our payment partner; we retain only the transaction reference and amount for order reconciliation.

Security & Confirmation:

  • All online and card payments are sent over secure, encrypted channels to our payment gateway or bank.
  • Kanha Herbs stores only minimal transaction data (for example, a bank reference number and amount) needed for reconciliation and refunds — not full card data.
  • Once payment is received and verified, you will receive an order confirmation by email / SMS.

General Terms & Conditions — Payment Policy

  1. Payments to C&F: If you buy products directly from an authorized C&F, the payment should be made only to that C&F’s bank account. Kanha Herbs accepts payments made to C&F partners through recognised banking channels only.
  2. Returned Cheques: If your cheque bounces (insufficient funds), you authorize Kanha Herbs to recover the cheque amount plus applicable bank/processing fees by electronic debit or bank draft. Issuing a cheque for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
  3. Prohibition on Business-to-Individual Transfers: Payments must not be transferred from any Firm, Company, or LLP on behalf of an individual Direct Seller or consumer. Transfers should match the payer’s identity as per KYC requirements.
  4. Payment Charges: Any payment gateway, POS, or card processing charges (where applicable) are to be borne by the consumer.

Privacy, Data & Security

  • We Maintain Your Secrecy: Kanha Herbs follows reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data (including usernames, passwords and transaction details).
  • We do not store full card details or CVV on our servers. Minimal transaction data (reference number, amount, date) may be kept for reconciliation and refunds.

Children’s Privacy:

  • Our website and services are not intended for children under 18.
  • We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover such information, we will delete it promptly.
